De overeenkomst bestaat uit het vegen van wegen in de gemeente Deurne. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal 2 jaar en maximaal 6 jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 januari 2027. De werkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd binnen de gemeentegrenzen van Deurne en vallen alleen onder haar verantwoordelijkheid. Deze opdracht wordt dan ook niet samengevoegd. Daarnaast betreft het werkzaamheden enkel in het kader van het reinigen van de wegen, dus ook op het gebied van de aard van de werkzaamheden wordt de opdracht niet samengevoegd. De omvang van de opdracht is dusdanig dat het volledige werk voor een MKB bedrijf goed uitvoerbaar is. Om deze reden is het niet noodzakelijk om het werk op te delen in percelen.
