Belgium – Architectural services for buildings – Raamovereenkomst begeleiding van onderhouds- en instandhoudingswerken aan de mijngebouwen site C-Mine

The City of Genk issues a 10-year framework agreement for architectural and engineering guidance of maintenance and conservation works on protected mine buildings at the C-Mine site. The contract covers specific buildings including energy buildings, headframes, ruins, underground galleries, a retaining wall, and C-Mine CRIB buildings. Award criteria are 60% price and 40% quality. Submission must be in Dutch only, by 23 June 2026.
