Netherlands – Teaching equipment – EA Leermiddelen - ISOB

This is a framework agreement for the supply of educational materials and related services (implementation, training, advice) for ISOB, a Dutch educational organization. The contract covers teaching methods, consumables, software packages, educational software, play/development materials, creativity articles, office materials, and services, excluding printing paper. The maximum contract value is €3,300,000 (excl. VAT) for the full duration of up to 8 years (initial 4 years + two optional 2-year extensions). The procedure is open, electronic submission via TenderNed, Dutch language only, with a single lot. Award criteria: 60% price, 40% quality.
