Dit is een C-ITS-applicatie op basis van CCOL die lokaal wordt gehost waarin de beleidsdoelen middels het instellen van parameters, schakelaars en (tijd)instellingen worden vertaald naar de regeling. De C-ITS-applicatie uit dit perceel is Ivera-georiënteerd. Parameters kan Rijkswaterstaat via de VRI-beheercentrale (momenteel MobiMaestro) zelf grotendeels beheren. Hierdoor worden voor dit type applicatie minder verkeerskundige diensten uitgevraagd. Deze C-ITS-applicatie lijkt het meest op de in conventionele VRI’s toegepaste applicaties aangevuld met de use cases voor de iVRI. Voor dit perceel wordt maximaal één leverancier geselecteerd.
