Norway – Motor vehicles – Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of light vehicles for Oslo municipality

Oslo municipality is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of light vehicles. The DPS covers a wide range of light vehicle types (CPVs 34100000-34144900) and is open for applications until 2030-08-09. The estimated total value is 240,000,000 NOK. This is the first (qualification) phase of a restricted procedure. Tenderers must meet economic, legal, environmental, and due diligence requirements.
