De ambitie van Gemeente is om de assets in de openbare ruimte in samenhang te kunnen plannen, programmeren en beheren. Dit betekent dat beheer, onderhoud en vervanging niet per objecttype of discipline afzonderlijk worden bekeken, maar integraal worden afgestemd binnen tijd, ruimte en budget.
