Open tender by Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH for operating a redundant secondary data center (Zweitrechenzentrum) to provide mirrored, highly available IT operations in cluster mode. The contract has an initial term of 4 years with two optional 2-year extensions. Strict technical and security certifications are required, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, DIN EN 50600 (VK3, SK3), 100% renewable energy, and a PUE ≤ 1.30.
