The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service, northern region, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of care services and housing with 24 hour manpower for a person (hereafter called Users) who is assessed parole from detention under the rules on government financed parole, cf. point 1.2.2.
