France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Marché d’intégration et de maintenance du standard ERP Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

This is a negotiated procedure (with call for competition) for a framework agreement for the integration, maintenance, and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within EDF Group. The contract covers deployment, operational maintenance (corrective, adaptive, regulatory), specific developments, interfaces, data migration, testing, change management (optional), and reversibility. The framework is for an initial 4-year period with up to two 1-year renewals (max 6 years). The estimated maximum volume is indicative at 500 users. Submission is electronic via EDF's procurement portal, with a very short deadline (4 days from publication). The procedure is two-stage with a maximum of 5 candidates selected for negotiation.
