Germany – School books – Schulbücher und schulbuchersetzende digitalen Medien im Rahmen der Lernmittelfreiheit - Rahmenvereinbarung

This is a framework agreement for the supply of price-bound, state-approved school books and digital media to public schools in Fürth, Germany, for the 2026/2027 school year. The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1 (primary and special schools), Lot 2 (grammar schools), Lot 3 (secondary, vocational, and business schools). The framework is initially for one school year with possible annual extensions up to three additional years. Bidders may submit for up to three lots but can be awarded only one lot. Award criteria are 90% cost (ancillary book trade services) and 10% quality (sustainability). Submission is electronic via the platform by June 24, 2026. Only German language accepted.
