France – Food parcels – Fourniture de denrées festives dans le cadre de l'opération de fin d'année pour la Ville de Lille, ses communes associées Lomme et Hellemmes, ainsi que leurs CCAS

This tender is a framework agreement for the supply of festive food items (coquilles, chocolates, and other festive food parcels) for the year-end operation of the City of Lille and its associated municipalities Lomme and Hellemmes, including their CCAS. The framework is divided into three main lots with a total maximum value of €1,632,000 HT. The contract is for an initial 12 months with up to 3 tacit renewals (max 48 months). Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 24 June 2026.
