De aanbesteding betreft het transport, de overslag en de vermarkting van het door Spaarnelanden ingezamelde OPK. De te leveren diensten per onderdeel betreffen: 1. Het bieden van een vergunde en nabijgelegen overslag locatie voor het door Spaarnelanden ingezamelde OPK. 2. Het eventuele natransport van het OPK. 3. Het vermarkten van het OPK. Het verwachte volume bedraagt circa 7.000 ton per jaar. Voor de maximale contractduur van vijf (5) jaar resulteert dit in een totaal verwacht tonnage van circa 35.000 ton. De tonnage geldt voor Haarlem en Zandvoort samen en is inclusief bedrijfsafval.
