Norway – Fuel cells – Framework agreement - Methanol fuelcell units with accessories

NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) is establishing a framework agreement for methanol fuel cell units with accessories, including methanol and fuel manager, for monitoring unstable rock sections. The framework is for one supplier, with a maximum value of 24,000,000 NOK, duration of 4 years (2+2) for the agreement and up to 10 years for service/maintenance. The tender uses an open procedure with electronic submission in Norwegian. Award criteria: Price 40%, Quality 30%, Environment 30%.
