Weighting: The award criteria is weighted: 100% Orientation: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be incurred, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated costs. The estimated number of hours/assignments in the price form is approx. an estimate to have an evaluation basis on price, the actual hourly rate/assignment may deviate from this, and the contracting authority is not bound by this estimate. Hourly rates: Invoiced from the time the assignment actually starts at the assignment agreed address Overtime: Work beyond normal working hours 08.00-16-00 Diving team: The number in the diving team shall be in accordance with the current laws and regulations for manpower of a diving team. Travel time and rigging: Travel time: includes travel time in boats (all types of boats) or vehicles (all types of vehicles including trailers) for all personnel from the tenderer's address to the address. Rigging: Includes freight and assembly of all the necessary equipment for the assignment in question to the agreed address.
