France – Assembly and erection of prefabricated structures – ACCORD CADRE TRANSVERSAL MULTI-ATTRIBUTAIRES CONSTRUCTIONS MODULAIRES Travaux d’installation et d’aménagements de Base Vie éco-responsable

This is a multi-award framework agreement by RATP for the turnkey installation, rental, and maintenance of eco-responsible site base life facilities (modular construction) in Île-de-France. The framework covers studies, preparatory works, connections, supply, assembly, rental, cleaning, guard services, dismantling, and site restoration. It incorporates RE2020 environmental regulations and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluation. The framework has a minimum spend of €12M HT and a maximum of €24M HT across all holders, with award scenarios for 1, 2, or 3 holders depending on bidder rankings and price gaps. Minimum annual turnover requirements are scaled per scenario.
