Single lot covering the entire scope: supply and installation of equipment for a national citizen electronic authentication system, a Citizen Identity Hub, and infrastructure for qualified electronic signature certificates. Includes 18-month implementation of the main project (system delivery, software, integration, testing, training, trial operation), followed by 10-year operation and maintenance (with possible 5-year extension). During operation, the contractor must supply and personalize security documents: first 3 years (Period A): 6,420,000 ID1 and 1,050,000 ID3 documents; next 7 years (Period B): up to 32,580,000 ID1 and up to 7,150,000 ID3 documents. Option to extend operation/maintenance and document supply up to 5 additional years.
