HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering a framework agreement for demolition works of hazardous materials (asbestos, crocidolite, microbial damage) in hospitals and other facilities in the HUS region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, Raasepori). The framework will select up to 5 contractors for a 2-year contract with a 2-year option. The maximum framework value is 3,000,000 EUR. Works must also be possible during evenings, nights, and weekends. The award is based solely on price.
