Supply and delivery of one SAXS/WAXS system for X-ray small and wide-angle scattering. The system must enable characterization of solid and liquid samples, thin films, gels, and nanomaterials, with a special application focus on fiber morphology (especially carbon fiber precursors). Technical requirements include: microfocus Cu-Kα X-ray source, high-performance optics with ≥99% spectral purity, fully automated low-scatter collimation, motorized XYZ sample chamber, high-resolution 2D hybrid photon-counting detector (≥75×75 mm), motorized multi-axis detector positioning with SDD from ≤50 mm to ≥1500 mm, q-range qmin ≤0.02 nm⁻¹ to qmax ≥4 nm⁻¹, compact overall length ≤4.5 m. Optional stage for automated z-direction sample movement.
