This is a Belgian framework agreement for insurance services and related activities, established as a purchasing center for the Waregem group (city, OCMW, WAGSO, and associated vzw's). The contract is divided into three lots covering liability, school and voluntary activities insurance, material damage, and mobility. The framework runs from 2027-01-01 to 2034-12-31 (lots 1 & 2) or 2034-01-31 (lot 3). It uses a negotiated procedure with call for competition. Only Dutch language submissions accepted via electronic portal. The estimated total value is €7,700,000 based on the XML notice, with individual lot maxima of €3,600,000 (lot 1), €3,700,000 (lot 2), and €400,000 (lot 3). Award criteria combine cost (40%) and quality (60%).
