The European Central Bank (ECB) is conducting a negotiated procedure for a framework agreement for investigation support services to its Independent Internal Investigations Division. The services include legal analysis, reporting on potential breaches of professional duties, and advisory services. Up to three contracts will be awarded with ranking.
