Study and renovation of two sites in Doel: the town hall and the rectory (including a house and a carriage house). The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive services including environmental works in the private area around the buildings and supervision of works up to final delivery. Both sites are in very poor condition and not protected but on the architectural heritage inventory. Coordination with other simultaneous construction projects in Doel is expected.
