Poland – Diesel oil – Zakup i dostawa oleju napędowego

Open tender for the supply of up to 3,400 tonnes of diesel oil (including 200 tonnes of low-temperature fuel) to MPK Częstochowa S.A. and the Emergency Medical Station in Częstochowa. The contract is for one lot, covers 12 months (delivery from August 2026 to July 2027), and is awarded solely on the lowest price. Bidders must hold a fuel trading license, have minimum financial capacity/credit line of PLN 5,000,000, liability insurance of at least PLN 5,000,000, and a proven track record of at least two diesel oil deliveries, including one to a regular public transport operator, with a combined value of at least PLN 16,000,000 gross. A bid bond of PLN 600,000 is required. The procedure follows a 'reverse' evaluation order (art. 139 PZP). No estimated contract value was provided.
