This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for physical access control systems (locks, keys, access control, software, and related services) for properties managed by the Lapin hyvinvointialue (Lapland wellbeing services county) in Finland. Three suppliers will be selected, with contracts lasting 24 months plus two optional 12-month periods. The award is based on a combined price and quality criterion (50% each).
