Norway – Business and management consultancy and related services – Framework agreement for strategic consultancy and communication services.

This procurement is for an agreement for assistance in connection with strategic and communication consultancy services. The procurement is divided into two assignments/sub-areas, including (1). Strategic communication consulting and (2). Strategic design and graphical services. Norwegian trains intend to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer in each of the areas.
