Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Konzeption und Entwicklung eines Gebäudeenergieregisters

This notice concerns the conceptual design and development of a national building energy register (Gebäudeenergieregister) for Germany, in accordance with EU Directive 2024/1275 (EPBD). The contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure without prior publication (neg-w-call). The buyer is the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). The maximum engagement is 14,500 person-days over a possible 39 months (23 months base + two optional 8-month extensions). Submission is electronic via the e-vergabe platform. Only 5 bidders will be invited to the second stage. The tender is in German.
