Original TED description
Entreprenaden omfattar drift (tillsyn och skötsel) och avhjälpande underhåll av byggnader, installationer och utemiljö samt tillhörande teknisk förvaltningsadministration. Objektsbeståndet består av flera typer av byggnader så som exempelvis kontor, personallokaler, verkstadslokaler, lokstall, rangertorn och förråd. I avtalet ställs förutom krav på leverans av tjänster för drift- och förvaltning även höga krav på arbetsmiljösäkerhet (till viss del med hänsyn till spårnära arbete), miljökrav på fordon/servicebilar, kommunikation/dokumentation och rapportering, felanmälan och beredskap med höga krav på inställelsetider för exempelvis akuta insatser. Förfrågningsunderlaget upprättas enligt Aff-struktur med åberopande av standardavtalet ABFF 15.
