Finland – Construction work – Liisanpuisto 20, peruskorjaus

This is an open tender by KOy Domus Arctopolis for the comprehensive renovation (peruskorjaus) of Liisanpuisto 20, a historically protected building in Pori, Finland. The project is divided into four separate works contracts: main building and demolition contract, plumbing contract, HVAC and control equipment contract, and electrical contract.
