De opdracht is het exploiteren en beheren van vaste tweezijdige displays (A0 aankondigingsborden) voor aankondigingen van acties en evenementen in Lelystad en/of directe regio. Hiervoor is een Programma van Eisen opgesteld waaraan moet worden geconformeerd. Het Programma van Eisen is te vinden in bijlage Programma van Eisen A0 aankondigingsborden gemeente Lelystad v0.1 200 tweezijdige displays voor affiches/posters van ongeveer 83 x 118 cm (A0 formaat) zullen in overleg tussen de Opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer vast worden bevestigd aan nader aan te wijzen lichtmasten langs de gemeentelijke Stadshoofdwegen verspreid over de hele stad. Eventueel aanvullende locaties bij uitbreiding Stadshoofdwegen in overleg nader te bepalen.
