This is an open procedure (social and other specific services) for a dynamic supplier registry for vocational training and other short-term training for the cities of Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa. Up to 270 most economically advantageous tenderers will be selected. The estimated total value is 25,000,000 EUR over 4 years. The contract is indefinite starting 1.1.2027. Only electronic submissions in Finnish are accepted. Award is based on price (50%) and quality (50%). No procurement documents were analyzed.
