Realization of a fully operational new rehabilitation hospital building for the Nationaal Multiple Sclerose Centrum, including external works but excluding medical and non-medical loose equipment. The contractor is responsible for the complete execution based on his own study, the contract documents, and the environmental permit. The contract is a result obligation (Engineering & Build) without classic design components. The project must be realized within a fixed budget, with responsibility and liability for the contractor.
