Base offer: acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty, on-site training (4-6 persons). Mandatory optional services (PSE): PSE1 (maintenance contract with annual preventive and curative interventions, max 60,000 EUR HT for curative, renewable 2x12 months), PSE2 (UPS). Optional: PSE3 (APCI source), PSE4 (ion mobility module). Candidate must respond to PSE1 and PSE2; failure leads to rejection. Contract is a fixed-price contract; if PSE1 retained, it becomes a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders (no minimum, max for curative). Duration: base ends at end of warranty; if PSE1 retained, extended by 12 months (renewable up to 2 times).
