Denmark – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Udbud af hovedentreprisekontrakt i forbindelse med renovering af tre højhuse

This is a negotiated procedure for the renovation of three high-rise residential buildings (180 units) in Brøndby Strand, Denmark, including facade and interior modernization, and adjacent outdoor areas. The contract is divided into three consecutive phases, each delivered separately. The estimated value is 700,000,000 DKK. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Danish. Procurement documents are available online. The tender deadline is 11 June 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are 35% price and 65% quality (three sub-criteria). A minimum solvency ratio of 15% over the last three fiscal years is required. The project is subject to approval from funding authorities.
