This is a re-launched open procedure for a framework agreement for maintenance and operation of sanitary ventilation installations (individual and collective) in the territory of Marseille and its metropolitan area. The contract is a framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum of €600,000 (excl. tax), covering both fixed-price maintenance (P2) and unit price services (BPU). The contract duration is 1 year, renewable once for 3 years (max 4 years total). Submission is electronic, language French only. Award criteria: price 40%, technical quality 60%.
