This is a negotiated procedure with call for competition for the supply of approx. 12 km of 10 kV medium-voltage cable (N2XS(F)2Y 3x1x300 mm²) as a framework agreement. The buyer is RheinEnergie AG, a municipal energy supplier in Cologne, Germany. The estimated framework maximum value is EUR 2,500,000. The tender is conducted under the German SektVO (sector rules). Submission is electronic only, in German, via the subreport platform. The award is based 70% on price and 30% on a quality criterion (delivery time concept). Eligibility includes a KYC questionnaire, self-declarations, references of similar cable supply (min. 5 km each), and certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
