Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Generalplanungsleistungen für die Sanierung des Leibniz-Gymnasiums in Dormagen

General planning for the renovation and partial demolition of the Leibniz Gymnasium school building, including an interim building. Scope includes object planning (buildings and interiors), structural engineering, technical building services (all groups), building physics (thermal protection, energy balancing, acoustics), fire protection, hazardous materials, and DGNB auditor services. Project phases are staged: basic services (LPH 1-4) and parts of later phases (LPH 5-9) are included, with optional further stages. The renovation includes converting the learning concept from corridor to cluster school without altering the structural framework. The project is funded under the 'Energetic renovation of municipal buildings in the Rhineland Region' programme.
