Finland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Erilliskuljetusten (koulukuljetukset) DPS Vihdin kunta

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established by Vihti municipality for special school transport services (erilliskuljetukset). The DPS covers exceptional school transports (e.g., to hospital schools, accident transports, or transports requiring special care) that cannot be handled through regular school transport. The DPS is open for applications throughout its validity until 31 July 2030. Mini-competitions will be organized within the DPS for individual transport needs. The estimated total value for the entire DPS period is EUR 200,000–400,000, but no guaranteed volume is committed. Eligible operators must meet suitability requirements including liability insurance, credit rating, and appropriate transport licenses.
