Finland – Construction work – Oulun (uusi) vesiliikuntakeskus, Jaetun urakan Pää-/rakennusurakka

Oulun kaupunki (City of Oulu) tenders the main construction contract (Pää-/rakennusurakka) for a new water sports center (vesiliikuntakeskus) in Raksila, Oulu.
