Germany – Erection and related works of roof frames and coverings – Dach- und Klempnerarbeiten

This tender is for roofing and sheet metal work as part of the second construction phase of the Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Offenbach-Rumpenheim, Germany. The project includes an oval auditorium, cafeteria extension, IT room extension, and conversion works. Roof systems include flat roofs (2-4% slope), a flat roof over the auditorium with 2% tapered insulation, and a shed roof (6°). Green roofs on wooden structures are required. Quantities: approx. 400 m² floor slab sealing, 660 m² roof sealing, 520 m² green roof. Also includes all sheet metal work, fall protection system, and sealing works.
