Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Procurement of IT Operational Services

This is a negotiated procedure for IT operational services for the Norwegian Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi). The contract is a framework agreement for up to 7 years (4+1+1+1) with a single tenderer. Services include colocation, infrastructure/platform operation, and application operation. The estimated value is 130,000,000 NOK. The tender is conducted in two stages: qualification (phase 1) followed by invitation to tender for qualified candidates. Submission is electronic via EU Supply, in Norwegian only. Award criteria: Price 30%, Quality 70%.
