Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – ZAS Raamovereenkomst voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud HVAC en sanitaire installaties

This is a Belgian framework agreement for preventive and curative maintenance of HVAC and sanitary installations across all ZAS hospital sites. The contract is divided into 6 lots, covering cooling installations, heating/sanitary works, ventilation, plumbing, central heating, and kitchen/heating plant equipment. The total estimated value is EUR 15,045,384.66, with individual lot values ranging from EUR 120,671.94 to EUR 7,093,405.38. The framework duration is 48 months, with a start date of 31 October 2026. Submission is electronic via publicprocurement.be, with a deadline of 5 June 2026 at 10:00 CET. Tenders must be in Dutch. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition (neg-w-call). Award criteria are quality (40%) and price (60%) for all lots.
