France – Insurance services – Procédure avec négociation - Phase candidature

This tender is a two-stage negotiated procedure for insurance services related to the construction and operation of a cross-border heating network between Strasbourg (France) and Kehl (Germany). The buyer is the Société d'Aménagement et d'Equipement de la Région de Strasbourg. Three lots are offered: Lot 1 – Civil liability of the project owner; Lot 2 – Civil liability for environmental risks; Lot 3 – All risks construction site. The current phase is only for candidatures; only selected candidates will be invited to submit initial offers. The contract duration is 36 months for lots 1 and 2, and 48 months for lot 3. Electronic submission is mandatory, and all documents must be in French.
