De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor fiscale dienstverlening aan Vervoerregio Amsterdam. De dienstverlening ziet onder meer op advisering over omzetbelasting en BTW Compensatiefonds, vennootschapsbelasting, loonbelasting, werkkostenregeling, Wet normering topinkomens en het Tax Control Framework. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt circa € 170.000 exclusief btw per jaar. De totale geraamde waarde over de maximale looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst, inclusief verlengingsopties, bedraagt circa € 680.000 exclusief btw. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Opdrachtgever is niet verplicht de geraamde omvang af te nemen.
