Netherlands – Street-lighting maintenance services – Onderhoud Openbare verlichting

This is an open tender by Gemeente Midden-Drenthe for a framework agreement for maintenance of public lighting including approximately 8,475 light points and a 24-hour fault reporting service. The contract is for 24 months with two possible extensions of 1 year each. The estimated value is €1,700,000 (excluding VAT). Submission is electronic via TenderNed, only in Dutch. Award criteria are 50% quality (split into three sub-criteria) and 50% price.
