Germany – Reconditioning services of ships or boats – Rahmenvereinbarung Modernisierung der Küstenboote Ostsee und Nordsee

This is an open EU-wide tender for a framework agreement to modernize up to three 27-meter coastal police boats (Küstenboote) operated by the Schleswig-Holstein State Police. The first boat 'Falshöft' has a dedicated budget of €6,800,000 (incl. 19% VAT). The framework covers two additional boats (KB2, KB3) with no guaranteed volume. The contract is awarded based on price (50%) and quality (35% weight gain, 15% project duration). Electronic submission via the GMSH e-procurement platform is mandatory.
