Sont éligibles au présent appel d’offres les installations photovoltaïques au sol de puissance comprises entre 500 kWc et 30 MWc pour les projets sur terrains correspondant aux cas 1 et 2 du paragraphe 2.6 du cahier des charges et strictement supérieure à 500 kWc pour les projets sur terrains correspondant au cas 3 du paragraphe 2.6 du cahier des charges. La puissance cumulée appelée est répartie en périodes de candidature, s'échelonnant sur cinq années Pour chaque période, un volume de 300 MW est réservé en priorité aux projets de moins de 5 MWc distants de plus de 500 m de tout autre projet proposé à la même période de candidature. Le candidat dont l’offre a été retenue s’engage à ce que l’achèvement de son installation intervienne avant la date limite définie par le cahier des charges.
