Bergen municipality seeks a turnkey contractor to complete a shared housing facility for mentally handicapped persons at the former Riple school site. The project involves finishing work on a partially constructed 6-unit shared housing with a service base and employee facilities. The previous contractor terminated in January 2026; most demolition and groundwork, plus the new extension, are nearly complete. The contract duration is 12 months.
