Динамичната система за покупки (ДСП) се създава за доставка на лекарствени продукти от Позитивния лекарствен списък (ПЛС) за нуждите на възложителя. В приложената към документацията първоначална „Спецификация на лекарствени продукти“ са посочени нужните лекарствени продукти и количествата им съобразно преценката на възложителя към момента на създаване на ДСП. Тези количества са прогнозни и не задължават Възложителя да ги възложи в пълния им обем. Спецификацията може да бъде променяна в хода на ДСП, в това число да се добавят нови лекарствени продукти и/или да се променят количествата на лекарствени продукти.
