This is a European open procedure for a framework agreement for MSP (Managed Service Provider) services covering the full temporary staffing process for 34 public organizations in the Oost-Brabant region of the Netherlands. The contract includes temporary staffing, freelancers (ZZP), and integrated services of staffing, secondment, and ZZP contracts. The framework has a maximum value of EUR 800 million and an estimated value of EUR 600 million, with a single provider to be selected for an initial 2-year term with potential extensions up to 6 years.
