This is an open public service concession for the management and operation of a cafeteria-newsstand (Lot 1) and vending machines (Lot 2) within the GHT Saphir hospital group (Soissons and Château-Thierry). The concession involves occupation of hospital public domain. The contract is for a fixed duration of approximately 7 years 7 months, with a firm tranche for Soissons and an optional tranche for Château-Thierry. The estimated total value is €4,632,788.05, with Lot 1 valued at €4,013,730.75 and Lot 2 at €619,057.31. Award criteria are 50% technical quality, 40% price, and 10% environmental/social value.
