Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v zriadenom DNS bude nákup a dodanie tovaru/poskytovanie služieb ako napr. serverov, sieťových serverov, počítačových serverov, súborových serverov, tlačových serverov, webových serverov, príslušenstva a zabezpečenie technickej podpory, ktoré sú zaradené podľa Spoločného slovníka obstarávania (CPV) najmä v rozsahu skupiny 488. Podrobná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky, jeho presný rozsah ako aj ostatné doplňujúce informácie budú uvedené v jednotlivých výzvach v rámci zriadeného DNS. Súvisiace služby, ktoré sú požadované v rámci dodania predmetu zákazky, budú najmä: dodanie (doprava) a vyloženie/vynesenie tovaru na miesto dodania, inštalácia, resp. montáž jednotlivých častí dodávky a ich uvedenie do prevádzky, ak to verejný obstarávateľ bude požadovať v podrobnej špecifikácii, odskúšanie a zaškolenie zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa s obsluhou a údržbou predmetu zákazky, ak to verejný obstarávateľ bude požadovať v podrobnej špecifikácii. Pre vybrané druhy tovarov bude na základe požiadavky, konkrétne uvedenej v jednotlivých výzvach, požadovaná záruka v trvaní 24 mesiacov. Súčasne s dodaním predmetu zákazky sa vyžaduje dodať aj príslušnú dokumentáciu, ktorá sa na tovar vzťahuje, t. j. technická dokumentácia od výrobcu, návod na použitie/manuál pre obsluhu v slovenskom alebo českom jazyku, záučné listy alebo iné doklady podľa druhu tovaru.
